Delivery Information

Our quantities start as low as 264+ bottles.  All consignments are shrink wrapped in 24’s and palletised for safe, economical delivery.

Due to the logistics and groupage of some consignments, orders may be despatched earlier and held at holding hub before being released to the final destination.

Please note the courier can only deliver the consignment to a ground floor destination (External door only) pavement level. Your customers will need to make arrangements if they need help in unloading the bottles from the pallet.

Although we make every effort to meet your deadline, we arrange the delivery on the client’s behalf and therefore cannot be held responsible for mechanical failure or failure for the courier to deliver. Cooler Water use third party suppliers to deliver our orders.  Once the consignment has been released and picked up from our spring the consignment is no longer our responsibility. We can help you track your delivery and also can arrange a POD once delivery has been made. If you wish to arrange to have your order picked up via your own courier, please specify this prior to ordering.

Deliveries outside of the UK can be quoted upon the supply of final destination address.  Places outside Europe can be very costly, it is advised that you pick up from our spring and arrange the delivery through your own source.
